Julie Reams
City Councilwoman, Andover Kansas
Council Member Reams currently serves as City Council liaison to the Library, YMCA Board, National League of Cities and the Regional Economic Area Partnership.
Julie has been very active in the community for many years. She is an active volunteer for Greater Andover Days, Hometown Christmas, creator of Andover Idol and the libraries Spring
Fling. Julie has also served as President for the Friends of the Andover Public Library for the past four years and is an active participant with their Summer Reading Program.
Julie is also a Steering Committee Member for the National League of Cities Small Cities Council andan active member of the League of Kansas Municipalities.
