Ian Pfeiffer

Ian Pfeiffer is an independent federal government relations consultant focused on helping smaller municipalities, universities, companies, and community organizations have their voices heard in Washington, DC. Prior to starting his firm, Ian spent many years working on Capitol Hill, first as a Legislative Assistant to Rep. Mark Udall (D-CO), then as Legislative Director to Rep. Bob Filner (D-CA).
Ian holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from California State University at Sonoma and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Politics from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
Ian and his wife, Francine, have lived in Ward 7 since 2001. They are the proud parents of Jackson, age 3, and new daughter Amelia Rose.
