Wall Street Journal: Geithner on National Infrastructure Bank

The Wall Street Journal reports onTreasury Secretary Timothy Geithner's comments regarding the Obama administration's proposed National Infrastructure Bank (NIB). Geithner says the bank will select projects based on merit, effectively cutting out endeavors like the "bridge to nowhere" that incense American taxpayers. According to Geithner, the NIB would fund projects that expand our transportation network, and will see a good return on investment.
