Infrastructure Week Event Highlights Need for Airport Investments
TAMPA, FL - Tampa International Airport hosted Airports Council International-North America and Building America’s Future along with members of the Tampa Congressional delegation as part of nationwide activities marking the sixth annual Infrastructure Week.
In a press conference and tour of recent airport improvements as well as the location of a future new 16-gate airside, lawmakers and industry leaders called for robust infrastructure investment that includes significant funding for airports.
