Rep. Andrew McLean is serving his fourth term in the Maine House of Representatives. He is the House chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation.
He works at the University of Southern Maine as a student affairs administrator and is committed to growing Maine's economy through smart investments in education, workforce development and infrastructure improvements.
McLean earned a master’s degree in public policy from the Muskie School of Public Service and was appointed in 2009 by then-Gov. John Baldacci to the Maine Commission for Community Service, a position he held until elected to the Legislature in 2012. He is a trustee of the Baxter Memorial Library in Gorham.
Rep. McLean lives in Gorham with his husband, Kyle.
